Reach a person, not a queue

Every request has a named advisor, and there is a route past them when you need one. Here is who to reach, and how long we take.

01

You have a live request

Message your advisor in the request thread on your dashboard. It is the fastest route, and everything said there is on the record against your request.

02

You are not a client yet

Submit a request and an advisor reviews it personally. There is nothing to pay to submit one, and nothing to pay until a report is ready for you. General questions are welcome by email first.

Something is unresolved

Raise a formal dispute from your request page. That escalates to an operations manager, outside the advisor handling your work. If it is still unresolved at manager level, write to senior management at the address below.

It is urgent

Suspected fraud, someone else in your account, or any request to pay outside the platform. Email us with URGENT at the start of the subject line, which routes it past the normal queue. We will never ask you to send money to a personal account.

If we cannot resolve it

You can go over our heads, and we will tell you how

For data protection matters, you may complain to your local supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Data Protection Commission in Ghana. You do not need our permission, and you do not need to exhaust our process first. We would rather you raised it with us, but the route is yours either way.

Our full position on protections, vetting and your rights is set out on the client protections page.
