When you pay an engagement or success fee, the money is received by OWNperty โ€” not transferred directly to your professional. The professional is paid only after your advisor confirms that the agreed work has been completed and evidenced. This removes the risk of paying upfront and receiving nothing.

How are professionals vetted?

Every professional in our network goes through a formal onboarding process: licence and qualification verification, reference checks, and capacity review. Their performance is tracked across every engagement. Poor performance or client complaints result in removal from the network.

What happens if something goes wrong?

If there is a dispute at any stage, a formal review process is triggered. Funds are frozen until the matter is resolved by our team. We document every action so there is always an evidence trail to work from.

Do I need to travel to Ghana?
