Start
Tell us what you need — buying, renting, investing, legal verification, or property management. The form takes a few minutes and there is no commitment at this stage.
Every submission is reviewed by a human, not filtered by an algorithm. If your request is approved, you move to step two. If we need more information, your advisor will reach out directly.

Introduction
A specific, named member of our team is assigned to your request. This person becomes your single point of contact — they know your situation and are accountable for your outcome.
You will see your advisor's name on your dashboard and in every communication. This is not a call centre. It is a relationship with a person who is professionally responsible for your engagement.

Alignment
Once aligned, you pay the engagement fee. This covers your advisor's time, initial professional coordination, and transaction setup. It is held by the platform — not paid directly to any individual.
The engagement fee is not a deposit to a person. It enters a protected structure managed by OWNperty. Your advisor cannot access it. It is released in stages only as work is confirmed.

Matching
Your advisor matches your request to a licensed professional from our verified network — a solicitor, surveyor, agent, or manager appropriate for your transaction type.
Every professional in our network has been independently vetted: licences verified, references checked, and performance tracked across previous engagements. Your advisor selects based on location coverage, specialism, and capacity.

Delivery
Your professional begins work. Progress updates, documents, and messages appear in your dashboard in real time. You do not have to chase anyone — updates come to you.
You can message your advisor at any time. Documents are uploaded directly to your dashboard. Every action is logged. If something is not progressing, you will know — and so will we.

Completion
When your advisor confirms delivery with documented evidence, the success fee is processed and the professional is paid. Not before.
This is the most important step. The professional's payment is contingent on confirmed, evidenced delivery — not on their assurance that the work is done. If there is a dispute at this stage, funds are frozen and a formal review process begins.

The professional is paid only after your advisor confirms that the agreed work has been completed and evidenced. This removes the risk of paying upfront and receiving nothing.
Every professional in our network goes through a formal onboarding process: licence and qualification verification, reference checks, and capacity review. Their performance is tracked across every engagement. Poor performance or client complaints result in removal from the network.
If there is a dispute at any stage, a formal review process is triggered. Funds are frozen until the matter is resolved by our team. We document every action so there is always an evidence trail to work from.
